• Cathodic Protection for Tidal and Splash Zones of Steel Piles and Reinforced Concrete Piles in Marine Environments

To address the severe corrosion issues on the tidal and splash zones of reinforced concrete and steel structures exposed in marine environment, we have developed an innovative sacrificial anode cathodic protection system. By Installing such system to the surface of the protected structural component, the steel corrosion can be protected and the criteria of NACE standards can be met. The system can also be customized to suit the shape and size of various structural components. This system can be applied in the offshore wind turbine foundations, offshore oil platforms, and cross-sea bridge piers, offering an effective service life of 20-30 years.
